Exploration Achievements are completed the first time a player visits location for that achievement.  The reward is 5 points added to Achievement Points.  Most of these can be filled just by cycling through the options on the World Omniporter.

Exploration Achievements - Towns

Cove, Britain, Minoc, Occlo, Trinsic, Vesper, Yew, Wind, Serpents Hold, Skara Brae, Nujel'm, Moonglow, Magincia, Buccaneers Den

The General Expo Achievement is achieved for the first change a player reaches in their region.  Consider it free.
