Craft Runic items by using runic tools.  Sewing kits are found on leather elementals which can spawn off any corpse when a gargoyle knife is used to skin the corpse.    Gargoyle knives drop off most types of gargoyles.  All other runic tools drop off Ore and Wood elementals in the rock dungeon.  Below is a list of each runic tool and the number of properties added to an item crafted with them.  Note, any material that you can use can be used with any tool.  A legendary blacksmith hammer runic tool could be used with Faerie ore, for example, to create gear with the resource properties of faerie ore plus 9-10 other adds.
